Gluten Free Gobbler Melt

In honor of National Grilled Cheese Day on April 12, we searched for the most creative and delicious grilled cheese concoction our cheese lovers could come up with! After countless taste testing and finalist voting, the Gluten Free Gobbler Melt was cheesed the winner of our Melt It Your Way contest!

  1. 2 slices Gluten Free Bread
  2. Mayonnaise
  3. 2 slices Parrano® Cheese
  4. 2 spoonfuls of Cole Slaw
  5. 2 Slices of Bacon (cooked)
  6. 3 Slices of Turkey
  7. 2 slices Thinly sliced Cheddar Cheese
  8. Cranberry Jam
  1. Butter one side of Gluten Free Bread slices (outsides) and spread mayonnaise on the inside. Add Parrano® cheese slices to bottom slice of bread and top with cole slaw, bacon, and turkey. Top off with cheddar slices and spoonful of cranberry jam. Add top slice (butter side up) and bake in hot oven at 375 or place in Panini press until golden brown and crispy.
