Gouda Popcorn

  1. 1 bag of Plain popcorn (no butter/no salt)
  2. ½ cup of grated Parrano® cheese with microplane grater
  3. 2 tsp of dried rosemary
  4. 1 tsp of Season Salt – such as Lawry’s
  5. a dash of freshly ground pepper (of course!)
  1. Cook popcorn according to directions
  2. While popping, mix Parrano® cheese, rosemary and season salt together
  3. Once popped, add to a large mixing bowl. Mixing popcorn with a wooden spoon sprinkle over cheese mixture until coated
