Parrano® Pimento Cheese Spread

  1. 1 4‐ounce package of cream cheese at room temperature
  2. 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1 tsp garlic powder
  4. ½ tsp hot sauce
  5. 2 cups Parrano® cheese, coarsely grated
  6. 1 6.5‐ounce jar of pimentos, chopped
  7. 2 tbls finely grated white or yellow onion
  8. Kosher salt
  9. Pepper
  1. With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder & hot sauce until well blended and smooth.
  2. Fold in Parrano®, pimentos salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serving Ideas
  1. Serve mixture cold with crackers, pita chips, sliced red peppers, celery or carrot
  2. Warm mixture in crock pot or heat proof baking dish in oven or grill at medium‐high heat until warm and bubbly. Serve with accompaniment’s
  3. Top game day burgers with 2 tablespoons of mixture for an ultra‐cheesy burger
