Parrano® Pulled Pork Sandwich with Coleslaw
An ultimate comfort food, this pulled pork sandwich is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Enjoy the juicy, smoky pulled pork topped with nutty, creamy Parrano® cheese. Completed with fresh coleslaw – need we say more!

  1. 1 baguette, thinly sliced
  2. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 1/2 cups pulled pork, seasoned to taste
  4. 1 1/2 cups Parrano® cheese - sliced
To make the coleslaw
  1. 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  2. 1 carrot, cut into strips using peeler
  3. 1 tablespoon cider vinger
  4. 1 tablespoon red onion
  5. 1/4 cup mayo
  6. Sugar to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, cider vinegar, red onion, mayo and sugar. Mix and set aside.
  3. Put 3 tablespoons olive oil in a small bowl. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with the olive oil. Then place the baguette slices on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake the slices until golden brown, for about 5 minutes. Then add Parrano® cheese on one side of the baguette slices and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Once the baguette slices are golden brown and the cheese is melted, top each piece with 1/2 tablespoon of pulled pork.
  5. Top the pulled pork with coleslaw. Add a second baguette slice on top of the pulled pork and coleslaw, and enjoy!
