Parrano® Low Country Shrimp Dip

  1. 1 8‐ounce package of cream cheese
  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  4. Cayenne pepper
  5. Salt
  6. Black pepper
  7. 1 ½ cup Parrano® cheese, grated
  8. 2 green onions, finely chopped
  9. ½ cup red bell pepper chopped
  10. 1 lb medium shrimp cooked, peeled and chopped
  1. With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning and a dash of cayenne pepper, salt & black pepper until well blended and smooth.
  2. Fold in Parrano®, green onions, bell pepper and shrimp
  3. Transfer to a 9‐inch pie pan. Refrigerate.
Serving Ideas
  1. On game day simply warm mixture on the grill or in the oven at medium‐high heat until warm
  2. and bubbly.
  3. Serve with crackers, pita chips, sliced bell peppers and celery
